On Tuesday, 15 March, our PY6 and SY students visited the Aviation Museum in Dübendorf. As a supplement to their history lessons, they were able to gather impressions of the history and technological development of aviation, from the flying wooden boxes of the pioneering years to the powerful jets of the late 20th century. There were also various interactive attractions, such as climbing into a cramped cockpit, a tour of the famous "Tante Ju" (Junkers Ju 52) and a virtual reality flight with VR glasses attached.
