The primary school is a full-day English and German-speaking school for children aged 6 to 12. Even at this level, our pedagogical concept is based on the guidelines of the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme (IB PYP). Subjects are taught in a network of central, exciting topics by a team of passionate, internationally qualified teachers.
Children are motivated to think and understand concepts. References to reality, the application of knowledge, the joy of learning and IT lessons from the very first year onwards are important to us. Bilingual sports lessons, project work, presentations, school trips and performances distinguish the lively, creative and varied everyday school life.
The requirements of the curriculum of the Canton Aargau are taken into account in the core subjects of German, mathematics and French. This makes it easier to enter the ipso! International School or to transfer to the public school system at any time. The globally binding provisions of the International Baccalaureate Organisation allow transfer options to other international schools or return to a state school system abroad. Our families can, therefore, stay in Switzerland permanently with their children or choose an international education.
