Our approach
To enable us to concentrate as much as possible on our relationship work with the children, our framework concept "Learning Support and Wellbeing" supports our daily work with a multi-level programme. Coaches, School Counsellor, SEN Coordinator and external partners complete the various support services at our school. Our setting at the school, the commitment of our class teachers and good implementation of the concept make our measures successful. At the same time, we rely on supportive and open cooperation with parents. Our support programmes are designed to create a positive learning environment and to strengthen and focus on protective factors such as the educational climate, learning success, friendships and stress management of the children. They do not include therapies, but rather navigate interventions and recommendations for successful collaboration with external parties.
